Free assessment

A local team member walks the property, documents the roof's condition, and confirms which of the three paths actually fits — storm/insurance, retail replacement, or the upgrade program. This step is always free, whether or not you move forward.

We handle the paperwork

For insurance restoration, we document the damage and coordinate directly with the carrier. For the upgrade program, we handle the eligibility paperwork. Either way, you're not stuck on hold with a call center.

Licensed local crew installs

Our own vetted, licensed crews do the work — tear-off, underlayment, and shingles, built to Illinois code. Not a rotating subcontractor network we don't know.

You're covered, going forward

Warranty documentation on file, a copy of everything submitted to the insurance carrier or program, and a roof built to hold up through the next storm season.
